UMI Enters into Capital and Business Alliance with Dream Incubator to Accelerate Green Transformation, Business Creation and Industrial Development in Materials and Chemical Sectors

Universal Materials Incubator Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “UMI”), a facilitator of a platform for creating new industries in the materials and chemical sectors, has entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with Dream Incubator Inc. (hereinafter, “DI”), a supporter of creation and growth of new businesses and industries, with the aim of accelerating green transformation (GX), business creation and industrial development in the materials and chemical sectors.

DI and UMI have been coordinating their efforts toward the creation of industries centered on GX. In 2025, both parties participated in the “Through their participation in the taskforce, as well as the development of plans and promotion of projects related to GX strategic regions, DI and UMI have engaged in ongoing joint discussions and activities aimed at realizing a new growth model that leverages the industrial infrastructure and technological assets accumulated in the region.

This capital and business alliance will combine DI’s expertise in business strategy planning, business development, and implementing business transformation with UMI’s specialized knowledge and industrial network in the materials and chemical industries to further strengthen collaboration between the two companies.

As a result, in addition to creating new businesses and industries aimed at realizing GX, the alliance will further accelerate the creation of new businesses and investment opportunities in the materials and chemical sectors, alongside initiatives for regional and industrial development through business succession, business reorganization, and growth investment.
